If you are unable to connect to your camera through the app, make sure you entered the correct IP address and port information. If this information is correct, make sure you are connected to the same network as your camera or have correctly set up port forwarding if you are not on the same network. Finally, try killing the app and relaunching it. If you are still having trouble, email email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.

The app works with any SONY VISCA capable camera, and was tested using a PTZOptics camera.
